replacement panel needed

Fellers,
What is the strip of metal below the rear body panel below the trunk or rumble lid called. It is a 'U' shaped piece about 2 1/2 inches wide. I need one and can't find it listed.

I think what you are refering to if I am reading your question correctly is that you are in need of the Deck Drain Trough...or Deck Drain Trough Assembly, A-41500.

Just what body style do you have and what year is it?

And, more than likely, Bert's in Denver, CO, just might have what you are looking for.

It is on a '30 coupe. It seems to be just a cover over the end of the inner frame of the trunk. It's directly under the panel under the trunk lid.

All the major suppliers will have these - Bratton's refers to them as "Rear Body Cross Member" - their part# 36360 for 28-31 coupes and roadsters.
 
Randy, I found them. A bit pricey. I may have to use my ends and fab up the middle. LOL My ends are ok, it's just the middle that's a problem. Thanks again.
