I have a 60 hp tin side block (apart) with no visible cracks, so far, but has apparently been frozen and the tin is bulged a little in one spot and has a very slight seperation. Who repairs these, if anyone, so I can pressure test it and check for any hidden cracks? The block is very clean and has SS exaust valves. I hope it is repairable as I have all the parts.
