This tool available from Snyders works pretty well. I can't tell from your avitar what kind of car that you have, but it won't work on the slant-window cars (they have different hinge pins). I copied this basic design and made one that does work on the slants. Put some penetrating oil under the top of the hinge pin and give it a couple of days to penetrate, sometimes the pins get rusted into the upper layer. Also, sometimes the pins get a shelf worn in them, so while you put upwards pressure on the tool to force the pin upwards, it helps to rock the door in the hinge a bit. Have the door as close to closed as you can when you rock it.

If you're trying to remove the whole hinge; On my 29 phaeton I had a combination of straight slot and square drive screws. All were corroded, so I drilled the head PART way in with a 1/4" bit. Stuck a drift punch in the screw head and popped the head off. I also put a couple of magnets on the nut side to catch the old nut and lock washer from falling into the nook and cranny's of the sheetmetal. My hinges were bent I didn't want to chance tweaking the sheet metal trying to straighten them attached to the car. straightened them on my press reinstalled with new hardware. Doors fit much better now. Had to go back and reshim the body to reset the doors, lot of work but worth it I think.

You can cut the hinge pin tops off and press them downwards too.DO NOT pound on the hinge while unsupported. That body metal bends very easily. You can wedge something between the floor and the bottom of the hinge,a piece of 4X4 works nicely. You'll need three different lengths, one for each hinge. The running boards have to be removed first, you want those posts as vertical as possible. You'll need a real hammer, not a little ball peen, and if you use heat, you need a real torch, not a little propane thing meant to unthaw pipes and to solder things with.
