"RED" Burke. (reds headers)

Some of you may already know this but "RED" died on April 11 he was 96. Born Sept. 28, 1915. I read it in OCW.

Again,that Red was and/or is Red Hamilton,the founder of Red's Headers not Red Burke.

OK! Went back to Red Hamilton's site to reassure myself...I'm dim on names.
Red Burke appears to be a V-8 club writer who died in April...so I almost certainly have read his stuff, but never absorbed his name. Completely derailed myself.

Red Hamilton founded Red's Headers and wrote flathead engine articles for the V8 Times. Red Burke was very much older and contributed articles now and then for Old Cars Weekly,he was a Hudson enthusiast I believe.

Red Hamilton is the founder of "RED'S HEADERS"

Red’s Headers is now owned and operated by Jim Davis at Thousand Palms, CA.

Sorry for the mistake, I guess I just assumed because he lived in Fort Bragg Ca. that it was the Red's header guy. I have been to Fort Bragg Ca. & it is not very big.
