Rebuilt motor with a Simmons super power head

Hey guys!

I just finish installing my rebuilt motor In the A. I got the old babbit out and line bored with modern bearings. A fresh Simmons super power head and all new valve train. Any thing i should do for breaking it in or just run it normal for a couple of miles? Here's a couple of pics. Thanks!

I also have a Simmons Super Power Head. Is yours aluminum though? Looks like that on the pictures. Mine is iron.

Can't hurt to use Purple Power break-in oil for the first 100 or 200 miles. Money well spend.

Main thing is, just drive it EASY & don't OVER REV it & DON'T OVER-LUG it, it takes awhile for everything to settle in & lap in. Don't forget to do multiple head re-torques.
