i also had him rebuild one for me a few years ago - VERY nice work. Id recomend him to anybody so if your on the fence send it his way!
 
If the seal is off your speedometer then someone has be in side checking things out. I always replace them after doing service on them.
 
I just got my round speedometer back from papanick. He did a beautiful job on it. It looks like new. It was a very fast turn around, too.
