I have a 1935 Ford The Flat Head V-8 needs to be rebuilt i would also so like rebuild the 3 speed transmission I dont know how to remove the drive shaft can some help

Your best approach would be to pull engine and transmission together and leave drive shaft (Torque tube) in place unless you have other reasons to remove.

Will i have to remove the bolts where the drive shaft tube is attached to the rear of the transmission

Do you have someone to rebuild the engine? This is a vry serious rebuild. Very few shops can do the pored mains. You might be better off replacing it.
Gramps
PS Removing it is the easy part!

Hopefully it's a later flathead with insert bearings. If you can post pictures of what you have, that will help determining its true age. Good luck on your project, have many people here to steer you in the right direction.

Once the two clam shells that secure the torque tube are removed the the engine/trans can be moved forward off the splines of the drive shaft. A person can support the torque tube by cribbing it from below or suspending it from above. The radiator would likely have to be removed so it's going to take some work there.

If it still has the original motor then it may need some rework of the poured babbitt bearings. If it has a later engine then it may already have removable main bearing shells.
