Brand new on the 'T' side, just got a 1915 touring. replacing the rear seat FRAME PANEL and while I am at it, would like to do a little more work requiring the removal of the rear seat frame. Is it possible to remove it (rear seat frame) without removing the upholstery?

You don't say weather it is a metal seat frame or wooden one? Either way the bottom of the rear seat cover is fastened to tack strips across the rear seat frame. I would say no.

wooden. thanks, that is what it seemed like.... darn
UPDATE: used my Fein Multi knock-off oscillating tool to cut off the remaining hidden screws and removed the wooden pieces that were obstucting access to the areas I wanted to work on. worked great!
