Rear luggage rack ID request

Here is a picture of a luggage rack that's on a '35 Ford coupe. I know this is not a '35 or '36 Ford accessory luggage rack. Can anyone ID the year for this? Is it even for an Early Ford? Thank you for any help you can give me on this.

NOS '37 racks show up from time to time and they are relatively rare, but the brackets, which were originally sold separately as they varied by body type are really scarce.

I agree it's a 37rack. Very rare and expensive. Saw one sell with the brackets about 10 years ago sell for $750. I believe there may be two different sets of brackets. One for coupes and one for sedans.

DavidG & TJ, Thanks for helping with identification. I found some other pictures of one of these same racks using Google and the brackets shown on those look nothing like the ones on the picture I posted in #1.

John, on page 6-9 of the V-8 Club's '37 book there is a good description of the luggage rack. One set of brackets fit the slant back sedans , coupes, roadsters and cabriolets. The other set of brackets were for the touring sedans, phaetons and convertible sedans. Page 6-10 there is a drawing (instruction sheet)of the brackets
