Rear leaf spring cover

I have a 31 Slant Window sedan and am looking for the interior compartment rear leaf spring cover that is screwed to the the floor under the rear seat. If anyone has one and wants to sell please contact me.

Chuck, these are basically a sheet of roof material that is folded and the metal reinforcing strips on the edges hold it down. If total authenticity is not a priority, then stop by a local upholstery shop and see if they will give you a piece of scrap Black naugahyde or sell you something at a very nominal price.

Yes I know that is a direction I can go but 1st I wanted to see if I could find the origional part, I really want to keep the car as origional as possible,
 
Snyders or Brattons sell a repo cover....How close it would be to the original, is anyones guess. Berts may have a used original.

our slant window TS is missing the metal molding that holds the canvas to the floor over that rear spring- is the molding reproduced by anyone?
 
I don't think that it is correct, but our TS had a piece of long grained top material turned face down, with ordinary lengths of 5/8" straping around the outside to seal.
A person could weld up his own to do the same.

It's been 10 years since I looked at my original cover on my 31 S/W T/S, but I remember it looking like an ordinary piece of canvas. I didn't see any black, like on the top material of my 29 Tudor.
 
Hi When I toook my original interior out of my slant 4 door, I found a worn out piece of canvas that was taper sown to taper to the 4 cormers.
Le baron Bouney sells a nice replacement.

I just used a piece of the long/short grain roof material left over from reroofing my S/W T/S. It's been in there for years and works great.
