I would at least try a few shops. young machinists should know how to swage your lug bolts. Shops that work on semi truck brakes also do this type of work. Don't stop yourself before giving it a try!

... importing directly is a bit complicated due to costs and bureaucracy. It is almost easier to go there and bring it!!!..., I needed a "Speedo Shaft Retainer" (A17274) which I can't find in Europe ...

in the EU have you tried https://www.adamscc.nl/nl/ ? They certainly have A17274 listed at less than 3 Euros. In the UK Belchers and ONeill's are the main suppliers.
