Radiator to high

Tom, I had the wrong neck on my 28 too. It was never a problem when I got my car because it had one of those Sears Robuck radiators on it. When I changed it to the correct radiator I had to swap the neck.
 
To be honest I didn't know there were two different sizes. I only have one car a 1930 and then my brother in law bought a 1929 roadster. Thanks to Brattons book I read the two different sizes and measured his and it was wrong. Thanks Brattons.. And thanks to all the people here that gave me things to check.
