Radiator shop in the Southeast?

Anyone in the Southeast - Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina have a good radiator shop that they use? I have a friend who has inherited a 1931 REO Royale and it has sat for about 9 years and needs the radiator cleaned, tested and repaired (IF needed), any help appreciated.

I can highly recommend Kell Radiator in Douglasville, GA Google for contact. One man shop that has done all my gas tank cleaning, repairing and lining if necessary and all my radiator cleaning and repairs from Model T to Vietnam era military vehicles. He just completed work on a V8 Ford large truck radiator, disassembled, cleaned, pounded out large dent in top tank, soldered and painted. $127.50
