Radiator shell

Four bolts and nuts/lockwashers generally. Well, you may need to rivet on new lacing. Buy the kits for both of these.

Repop shells don't fit exactly right. You may need to bend the ears on the radiator frame up or down or in or out slightly to make it fit. And the shell front may not sit as close as the old one to the core as you look at it. But you can play around with these stand-offs by bending with some vice-grips or sheet metal flangers. (You'll love it when you tear one of these loose from the solder which holds a lot of them.)

I've just about told you all the possible downsides. Oh yeah, the hole in the top of the shell sometimes won't fit over the neck of the radiator. But you can use the vice-grip on this too and make the hole a little larger incrementally.

Still, not to discourage. Everyone will ask you why you put a pickup body on a station wagon frame (those that know station wagon) The rest will just ask why you put a pickup body on a car frame.

I'm making a little fun here. You do what you want PLEASE. Fun is what it is all about. And why I collect the "oddities" of Model A land for my own pleasure.

Fine point is only one small part of the hobby. Let us know how a repop shell works for you if that what you do.
