The water is coming out out of the radiator cap, It is a motor meter. I am filling the radiator to the top. AM I filling with too much water ? I'm going to put A temp Gauge electric. What the good temp for a model A 30 coupe ?

should be just below the baffle. If you fill it is to much, it will self level but full is to much. about 160+- top middle bottom will be at different temps.

Since I can't see "just below the baffle", I fill mine periodically to where I can just see it above the baffle with cold non-running engine. Then I let it seek its own level.

I run a 160 degree thermostat in mine. I don't get too concerned until it gets above 180 or is climbing rapidly.

Yes, all the way to the top is too full.

You are filling it too full. That said even if filling it too full you should not have any coolant coming out from under the radiator cap. Any excess should go out of the over flow tube.
You have a bad seal / gasket in your motor meter that needs to be remedied.

All above is valid. I bought some thick O rings from McMaster Carr to use as my radiator cap gasket.

Hello, Snyders sells a gasket and o ring to replace the worn seal for both the Motometer and Flying Quail radiator cap, my car had the same problem, overfilling and bad seal on radiator cap.

This slide should help you.
