Radiator Flush for Paper Fibers?

I have a 1950 chxxx that had a paper shop towel left in the radiator inlet and/or outlet tube when installed and has since become plugged with fibers. I plan on removing it to be boiled out at the radiator shop and will attempt to flush the engine and heater with it off. However, there is likely to be some remaining fibers that I would deal with if there was a good flush product for dissolving paper to use after assembly. Any suggestions for a flush product?

zoo flush gun— has both water and air connection— fill radiator with water and gently add air to force water out fast carrying the fibers out
