I want to find out if straight fan blades are noisier than curved fan blades. I need to buy a 14" cooling fan for my Model A and want it to be as quiet as possible.

Straight fans blades, surely, would be much quiter, but I don't think that they would pull as much air through your radiator.

My experience is that curved blades are significantly quieter......just look at a new generation A/C outside unit for a house, and listen to how quiet it is. If in doubt, call a local A/C dealer and ask. They are also more efficient in moving air.
