Radiator baffle?

Ron/IA, I don't think it would hurt anything for the pipe to rest on the core, but if you would rather you can make the hole for the overflow in such a position that the pipe is suspended on the overflow slightly up from the core. Or, you could bend over some tabs at the top of the pipe so it hangs in the neck suspended.
