Question: Victoria top material

I am restoring a Victoria steelback 1931.

What kind of top material is correct? Short Grain Cobra Topping or Long Grain Cobra Topping?

The course pattern or "long grain" as it's often called is the best representation for closed bodies. The fine pattern or "short grain" was used on standard open models.
