Does anyone know anything about this fuel pump that is being offered by So Cal Speed Shop for $35.00. Never seen one like this. Wonder who is making them, where are they coming from, and how well they work? Thanks for any help!

I think it's from the French flatheads, they also are selling the oil pumps. slightly different from the USA pumps.

So Cal Sacramento teamed with SF Flatheads to sell the surplus French stuff they bought in Texas. I have seen several items on flee-pay.

Ken, I'm really not interested in testing one of these pumps. I have enough rebuilt '47-'48 glass bowl pumps to use on my cars and also carry one in each car as a spare. Just wanted to find a little info on these pumps and if anyone here is possibly using one and could report on how well they work. I also like the idea of the built in priming feature. Never saw that feature before on any other FH fuel pumps. I found this one listed on epay and was just curious to know more about it......So, my question again is........is anyone using one of these pumps and how well are they working?

Thanks for your help Fordbarners!!

If you zoom in real close you can see made in ... It's a bit fuzzy, but it may be Italy.
If it's military it should be good quality.

I'd try one if it did not involve international shipping.

Mart.

A warning about buying from SoCal...I bought a $20 item and decided to return it unused a few days later. They said no cash back only credit for next purchase and good for one month only.

Hand primer, just like the original AC pumps on GPW/MB WW2 jeeps. Wouldn't be too difficult to rig one up on a regular pump, from what what I've seen.
