Question about 1955 Ford cars.

Did the 1955 2 door Victoria hard top have door sill plates? I can't remember.

The lower trim cars did, I cant imagine the top level cars not having them. New ones are avalable.

No way to hold the carpet or mat down without them.

I have never seen a 55 or 56 Ford that did not have them,and I am old.

Yes, ALL 55's had them. The difference is that some low end cars did not have carpet, just the rubber mat type flooring (a lot of wagons had these)
