Quail Rad Cap

I have two Quail Radiator Caps. One is missing the locking hardware and the other is missing the cap gasket. Are they available?

Brattons sells a locking radiator cap repair kit for 30-31 which has both gaskets two brass tabs, and two Allen screws for about 7 bucks. Look at their online catalog in accessories part # 25790
