First:
The new 8ba crank is in, checked out plastiguaged @ .015, so all is A-OK so far & turns freely with assembly lube.
The crank gear is installed with the proper small key.
So the oil slinger slides on and has a keyway slot but there is no key for that slot to fit into because the gear's key is under the gear and the other longer key will be under the pulley!
Do I just put the slinger on disreguarding the keyslot?
Second item:
Anyone know the size of the BOLT that holds the pulley on--> 1/2" or 5/8" fine thread??
