Progressive linkage

I have 3 Holley 94 carbs set up on an Edelbrock manifold (model 1109). I am looking for a good quality progressive linkage set up. Purchased the linkage from Speedway but looking for something with a better quality. I just could not get the secondary butterflies to close completely. Might have just been me though.

Flathead Jack thinks his top of the line linkage may work.

Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, I didn't notice that you had already been in contact with Flathead Jack. I have his top of the line linkage on 3 97's and it is very nice. And, it works.

I have the ball bearing Stromberg carb Co. linkage on my 4 carb set up straight linkage, it runs so smooth you wouldn't know I had 4 carbs. Walt

Stromberg Carb Co. and Flathead Jack Shaefer's linkage are about the best "store bought" ones. You already know what they cost.
I just priced out ALL of the pieces and material to build it yourself if you have simple shop tools. NO POWER MACHINE TOOLS REQUIRED.
40 bucks.
Look at all the money you would have left over for booze.

Have the butterflys in your secondary carbs been modified(ground) so that they close off completely? If not, that may be your problem, not the linkage. I know that Charlie at Vintage Speed does not have a good rapport with some on this sight, but he can supply you with properly modified secondary carbs. Google Vintage Speed for more info.
