problem coming out of hibernation

Woke thet truck up the other day......it ran well, but the brakes were weak...almost non- existant.....and the go pedal needed alot of pressure to get the truck goin.....any ideas?
 
better than the other two pedals....but as good as it was when i shut her down last fall......always had good brakes and plenty of pedal
 
If it was OK when you parked it last season and made no changes or adjustments my first thought is to drive it. (good oil of course). While I've never heard of band lining taking a "set" or drying out after laying for a while I'd still warm her up and see if getting those bands oiled up makes any difference.
