preserving a model t
i have a nice 27 t which i want to sell but don't want it turned into a hot rod- it's too nice for that. any ideas how to sell?

wbs, you mention preserving your model T. Once you sell it, you really don't
have much say in how it is preserved, unless you have a new buyer give you
a notarized written statement that he will never update it, or change much.
BUT, If something happens to the new owner, and the car gets sold to
someone else, you will have NO control over what is done with it.
My advise would be to find a museum of your choice and give it to them to
preserve, and stipulate that they can never sell it or change anything, that
they must keep it in the condition it is in when received from you.
My 2cents is, that will be about the Only way for you to preserve it.

Good Luck.
