I was told by a local restorer that he restored this a number of years ago for a show car and never used it. I bought it with a collection of parts from him for my 29 and don't need it. I don't know anything about generators, and in this case if its good, bad, restored or not so I'm selling it as is so there are no disappointments. Im selling it for just $80 plus what ever actual shipping charges there are to get it to you. Email me if interested. Thanks..

I also have the metal trim band for around the bottom of a sport coupe but its a little to big to ship- make me an offer if you want to come pick it up!
 
To be honest I have no idea. I have to admit I have no idea what your talking about or where to check. If you would send me an email and could give me a few pointers I can check. Im a real novice with some of the mechanics of the Model A's. Thanks
 
Do you still have the trim band for the sport coupe? What kind of shape is it in? How much do you want for it. Do you have the powerhouse generator?
