I’m looking for help on rebuilding a powerhouse generator. Is there anyone that rebuilds them or any place I can get parts and do it myself? I’m not sure if it’s something the average Mod A mechanic can handle?

you need to ask on the Model A forum. This section is for questions about the site and issues with using it, not car questions. While many will look very few will reply in this section.
