Hello, I hope somebody can help. I've done a frame off restoration of a 1937 panel delievery. I installed the motor,trans, rear end from a 1984 continental donor car.I also used the hydro-boost brake system from the continental.I made all new brackets for the p/s pump and alt. to tuck them in so the hood would clear.It,s been done for over a year but can't stand to drive it with the p/s whine.I've checked on pumps and have been told a new one will do the same thing in a short time. Tried every additive there is,still whines. Anybody know what pump would work? Maybe a GM Mopar pump.Any help would be greatly appreaciated. I'm about ready to send it down the road.
