power disk brakes

I installed power disk brakes on my 1950 mercury and have a problem.
I have a great pedal with the engine off but running the pedal goes
two inches off the floor.I have 20 inches of vacuum and power bleed
the brakes several times. I only get a tricle of fluid off the rear bleeders
but the front (disk) looks normal ? It's a GM master cyllnder and proportional valve.
 
Make sure your rear brakes are adjusted properly, then re-bleed them. Do you have a power brake MC? There is also an adjustment on the booster where the booster rod enters the MC.
