Possible engine knock

Hey gang, I'm considering buying this 1935 Ford tudor and noticed a weird noise in the engine running video(see link in attachment).

My initial thought is it sounds like engine knock of some kind, e.g., worn bearings. Not a deal breaker, even if it's potentially something serious/expensive, I just want to make sure I know what I'm getting into before I pull the trigger.

Any assistance with what the engine noise is is greatly appreciated.

Has car been sitting a while? Sounds like sticky valve. Doesn't sound deep enough for bearing, more like a light 'tinking'. Maybe the noise makes car a better value for the buyer. Then trickle some marvel mystery oil into carb throat at idle when you get her home! No guarantee, but I have nursed many previously sticky and poorly stored flatheads back to life. I love the car. Not perfect, but that's how I like 'em.

Sort of; seller says it hasn't been driven much in the last five years. That could explain the noise; might get better the more its driven(and frequent oil changes) combined with what you suggested.

Starting to feel better about taking the chance; the plan is to make this into a driver.

To me it almost sounds like an exhaust leak.

The seller mentioned the exhaust when I asked about the noise; very well could be a leak or something relatively simple to fix.

My worry is it's something that would involve an entire rebuild, and while that could still be the case, I'm liking the odds it's something relatively simple. However, it definitely warrants consideration.
