Por 15 engine painnt

I WANT TO PAINT MY ENGINE BRIGHT RED. HAS ANYBODY TRIED POR 15 ENGINE PAINT KIT? I am open to suggestions. Need something that is fuel and oil resistant. The spray can stuff does not seem to stay shinny very long.

The POR that I have used looses its sheen after a time, especially if exposed to daylight. Their instructions say to overcoat it with regular paint, in whatever color you want, maybe even red?
