I have what looks like a popout ignition with no key for it. Is there any way to make a key for it? I am not sure it works, but I would like to try it out if I could get a key.
If it is a 28-29 you should be able to read the key number on the barrell of the lock assembly and call A&L to get a keyh. If it is 30-31 without it in the unlocked position the key number can not be read without disassembly. Rod
Rowdy has the years mixed
1928-29 on Bezell and should be in unlocked position to read it.
Early 1930 has no number.
late 1930-31 has the number on barrel.
I took mine to a lock-smith.Didn't even know what kind of key was used
but,he worked it out.Only charged me for cutting the keys.
You might try that befor taking it apart.
