Pony upholstery

I have a 99 mustang GT convertible. I need the driver's side seat back reupholstered. I found out that the upholstery with the pony on it is no longer available from Ford. Since Ford has the copyright on the pony, no other after market upholstery can be produced with the pony. Anyone have any suggestions on where I might be able to find original pony upholstery?The color is medium graphite.

Go to your largest local wrecking yard and have them run the seat assembly and upholstery code for your car on their network of fellow wrecking yards. Many times front seat pairs and sometimes complete interiors are pulled and not sold for whatever reason. If someone has one, they will find it. A bit of advice- have them run the seats priced as a pair, it will be about as cheap as one when breaking up a set.

If the section with the horse is good a tim shop should be able to get a plain cover and sew the horse section in
