Please consider this, thank you.

Gentlemen, I am not sure if this is the correct area to post this, but I think it needs to be posted, none the less. I have been getting lots of interest in my stuff for sale, but, once there is contact with the interested party, there is no more contact, from the other party. For example, the party will say they are interested, or would like to come and take a look at the item or items for sale, and, then, they never show up. They give a specific day and I set the time, and that is it. Now, I think it wise, to let a person know, either way, what is going on... Weather or not if you plan on comming. If you cannot make it, please have the common coutersy to call, or send a message, saying that I will not be able to make it, or if time does not work for you, or, if the price of the item is not right for you. I recently spent a ENTIRE AFTERNOON waiting on a person, who said they were comming to look at some items, and they had agreed on my time, so there was no problem there. However, the person NEVER showed up. So there was a ENTIRE AFTERNOON WASTED. That I do not appreciate, at all. That I think we can all agree on. No one appreciates having to waite an entire afternoon, for someone who said they were going to show up, and doesn't. Were all in this together, trying to help out our fellow car buffs as best as we can. So come on, people, PLEASE HAVE THE COMMON COUTERSY TO SEND A NOTE OR CALL, IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT, OR FOR WHATEVER OTHER REASON. Thank you all for you time and consideration.

arps corp, if you scroll down through the threads below, in this section,
you see that as of "this date", it has been over a year since an editor
has answered any questions directed to them here.

I agree with parklane, common courtesy isn't very common anymore.
My suggestion would be to try and get a cell phone number, from people
you are dealing with, then at least you can call them to get some info
as to when they are going to meet you, or any other info you need, so
you are "Not Left in the Dark" over any deal....Lots of Dead Beats out there. :(

Parklane and Lanny, thank you for your replies, and I agree with you both. I am just sayin, how long does it take to send a message, saying I can't make it, or I have decided that I no longer am interested in the item. 99.9 percent of the people on here, are all very nice and very helpful. But, as everywhere, there is always that 1 percent that has to ruin it for everybody else. Oh well... I guess that is the way it goes. If it were us who didn't get back to them, they woud not be happy, I am sure. So, again thank you both.
