If an alternator, means its sensor is unswitched and always hot. 0.1 amp drain is usually not a problem unless battery is failiing or car sits for weeks without running. Jack E/NJ

The '34 pickup often sits for weeks in the winter and spells of wet weather Having problems with battery drain with a two/three wire GM alternator. Is there a fix for that drain? Maybe a diode? Switch to a one-wire alternator?
