Pigheaded Old Man!!!

Talking about ME :(

I had to replace the brake light switch in my 32 Tudor. I had a bear of a time getting it out a month ago and found it all rusted out. Fortunately Dick had a replacement. Put it in today...after 20 minutes under the car I commented that this would have been easier before I put the new floor boards in. An hour later... still not in....I spent all of 5 minutes to take the 7 bolts out and remove the floor board. 10 minutes later the job was done, including putting the floor board back in. What a pigheaded old fool :D

just didn't remember how long it took to put the floorboards in??....ah, the things we do...lol....glad you got it figured....Mike

Actually I had a hard time getting them in the first time due to some messed up threads. When I looked and realized it was only the number 2 board that had to come out I realized how silly it was.

Has me thinking on my rear shackles though. Definitely going to drop the rear axle and disassemble the spring. That way I know if there are any broken springs too.

Thought about this thread today while I was crawled up under my truck hooking up my speedometer cable!!

Something about not taking it apart after you put it together....... I know I should have done the shackles when I had the gas tank out.... will I take the tank out to do the shackles.??? maybe :D
