Pic ID? Is this a '50 Custom?

[tinman080]

I was sent a picture, me and my dad in late '51 or '52. Can anyone identify the year for me, my dad has gone on years ago. Thanks, Gary

The car is a 1950 ford. It's identifiable by the fender trim, park light surround and hood ornament. As far as what year the photo was taken...I can't help there.

Thanks, I thought it was a '50 from the hood emblem. Appreciate the info. Gary
