Phaeton top iron differences

Hey guys,

Just about to start repairing an old set of irons for my '28 tub that came with a big pile of bits. Before I get too far in to it, can anyone tell me what the difference is between the earlier and later irons? I don't want to spend a few days on these to find they're the wrong ones!

I've tried the search function and nothing has come up there, so thought I'd run it by you fellas.
