Pennies in block

Recently I posed the question as to why the gas mileage would be worse, it was explained that blocking off the heatrisers would result in un-burnt gas, with the possible result of washing the cylinder walls. With that in mind I took the car to the local state of Colorado emissions station and had the car checked here are the results:
