I have purchased items from Ebay for years. I have never had to pay with PayPal, nor will I ever

Not sure what the issue is here, the problem is will the seller not the buyer. PayPal is titled way in the buyers favor, they take care of the buyer no problem, it is the seller that can have the problem.
