Passagenger door. 39 ford

I have a 1939 ford coupe deluxe. Does anyone know if the passenger door can be locked from the inside while sitting in the car. Ed
 
Warning; possible on many Fords to lock from the inside-shut door and key will NOT open door from outside. My '34 did this to me. Newc
 
What Newc says is oh so true...I too have experienced the same problem. Always lock the pass door from the outside.
