I am getting ready to make an order for parts for my 37' Tudor and wanted to get some feed back about vendors and the parts they sell.
This is a total ground up restoration and I want to try to get parts to match the original ones as close as possible.
Some of the stuff I wanted to know about is the body to frame rubber pads, spring shackles, door seals and rubber parts for now.
The frame and suspension should be ready to put back together in a few weeks along with the rear end.
Hoping to end up with a roller in a month or so.
My experience in the past on other makes of cars was very bad with rubber parts .... I put them on new, only to have them rot off the car in a few years or less.
Some parts from other country's were OK and others were not.
Last thing I want to do, is do this job twice!
I realize I may need to get some parts at one vendor and other parts at another.
