Part Needed for a Freind, Not Model A

Finished cleaning up a frinds collection of A parts. He has restored several T's and some other cars, but has never restored an A. He does have a nicely restored 29 Nash with leaky carb. He has looked high and low for one and so far has not found one. He has had to epoxy this one together several times, but it is at the point not much more can be done and it is leaking again. Failure is not far away. It is a Marvel Model VA car. I will be posting on the net in various places also. Thanks Rod

Rod,

A few years ago I was in need of a carb for a 1927 Pontiac and I ended up finding a guy named Mark Buber at Classic Carburetors in Phoenix, AZ who was able to supply me with exactly what I needed. His prices were by no means cheap, but the carb was absolutely perfect and performed flawlessly. The quality of the carb more than made up for the cost. If your friend wants to give him a call, his number is 602-971-3300.

Thanks, he has scoured the country from Hershey, Chickasha to places in Az. over the last 20 years and so far this is the only fixable one he has ever had. He has had 5 engines from one time to another, but all of the rest were missing the carb. Rod
