Part Identification Help

In the attached image there is a part circled. My car is a 29 Tudor and the circled part is the arm that attaches the e-break linkage to the break lever and the break lever is in front of the gear shift lever. I am trying to identify what the part number is for that arm. None of the part suppliers have it so without a number it makes it harder to find a replacement. Any help would be appreciated. Better yet if you have one you could part with please let me know!

Ebay shows one for $26 plus $11 shipping. Sourced from a Canadian dis-assembler, I've done business with him. No import or tariff fees. What you see on Ebay for a total IS the total.

He shows the ratchet too in that price which is a nice to have.
