Panel Delivery on BaT

Wow! A Model B engine (see Pic #254) with a January 1931 engine number (huh?) and a Model C cylinder head (see description). I'll bet it's really fast.

That's a neat little truck. Too bad the interior choice does not match the exterior. Costs the same to do it tastefully. Bad choice indeed....

It's what's called "personal taste". Yours is different than his. But, it's exactly how the owner ordered it. His money his choice. He picked up the red wheels and trim paint. Popular in the 80s - If he went for the full effect the engine would also be red.
Personally I would have switched to a seat you could sit in for more than 20 miles.

Here’s similar one on Facebook.

It looks like a very nice truck. But what were they thinking with the interior? Looks like a 70's restoration.

while pickups are super popular, I dont see the deliveries or panels doing all that well. they are great for a business to advertise but not so great to take the family out in.

Those are kinda neat little vehicles for sure.
But I guess what I don't get is,, if you are 'restoring' a pre-War Ford why don't people do it correctly-- original colors, interiors, etc.
Often times the 'owner's choice' theory, sucks. When you get ready to sell the vehicle chances are the next guy (including me) don't like the 'owner's choice' to do as he pleases. I immediately walk away from Model A's with F-150 body colors wrong or no proper reveal colors, and gawd awful rim colors and interiors.
