I had the same problem with my 46, I installed Skip Haney pumps,
thermostates and a 6 blade fan and even in this 95 degree Fl.
weather the temp gauge never goes above the half way mark,
even at idle for a long period. I think the pumps flow more
water and I know the 6 blade fan moves a lot more air.
