I am looking for original upholstery. Specifically, I need the original upholstery from a 30 or 31 Standard Coupe. It doesn't have to be in perfect shape. Small tears or holes are acceptable.
I have an early 30 Standard Coupe with part of its upholstery missing. Since it is unrestored I would like to replace the missing pieces with original upholstery taken from a similiar car. My hope is that someone might be restoring a similar car and replacing their existing upholstery. I would even consider using the upholstery from an old restoration if it looks like the original upholstery. New upholstery just won't look right in the car and I am not planning to restore it. I am having to much fun driving and like it just the way it is ...... except for the upholstery.
If you have some upholstery, or know someone who does, please respond to this thread or email me directly at pai01@aol.com. I am willing to pay for the upholstery.
Thanks ...... pistoncollector
