original headlight and horn conduit

I would like to find a good used set of cosmetically challenged headlight and horn conduits for a late year 29 pickup project. Would like original Henry parts and plan to paint them for the truck..... so ....they can look bad as long as they are sound in body. Thanks for any help. George:)

I have a pair of headlight off of my 29 Town Sedan. They have been converted to seal beams and are painted so they must be off of a PU as the Town Sedan's where plated. Photo's if interested.
