Henry Ford five window Coupe, Originally a green metal flake gasser that ran the strip back in West Virginia in the 1960's (have pics) Then put away in the early 70's, it was sold at an Estate sale in 1999 after the owner died, stripped completely back to bear metal to reveal an excellent body. It does come with original bobbed rear fenders & front cycle fenders made from a '36 wheel cover, all pained up & pin striped to match the body, these were on when i imported it from West Virginia it 8 years ago. Has all the correct documentation.
Louvered deck lid & hood done by funny car builder Kent Fuller, filled & peaked original grille shell, rare moon race fuel tank & pressure pump mounted to front spreader bar. rolled & louvered rear pan, nerf bars, guide lights.
Satin black body, powder coated wheels with 40's Ford hubcaps, New crossply widewhite Firestones all round. Original B29 bomber seats with war surplus seat belts with red tuck n roll covers, ally paneled interior, roll bar. Original Stewart Warner Gauges, Hurst shifter.
Original chassis boxed & bobbed at the rear with Model A cross members.
4" dropped super bell front axle, F1 steering box, finned alluminium backing plates with polished Buick finned brake drums.
Early & Rare Culver City Halibrand quick change with Locker in it with conversion to late style Ford Axle & brakes by Vern Tardel.
396 Chevy, B&M Supercharger, Crane Cam, Pete Jackson Gear drive, Mallory Ignition, Walker Rad, Lakes Pipes. 400 Auto trans with Hurst floor shift conversion.
